Led the Industrial Design and Human Factors Engineering (HFE) for a groundbreaking electronic pipette featuring an intuitive touchscreen interface and a modular charging system. Partnering with cross-functional teams across the United States and Finland—including product management, marketing, and engineering—I played a key role in defining a user-centric platform that enhances ergonomics, workflow efficiency, and brand cohesion.

Through rigorous usability research, iterative prototyping, and collaboration with engineering, I helped shape an innovative pipetting experience tailored to the needs of laboratory professionals. My contributions resulted in a patented design, ensuring seamless integration from concept development to manufacturing, while setting a new benchmark for usability in lab instrumentation.
